Beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 30, please join us for Norwood Family Yoga Night with Ms. Bonnie. For all levels of yoga expertise - beginners are greatly encouraged to attend - the class will include the basics of yoga in a playful and fun family-style practice. The class will end with a meditation, followed by a mindfulness activity. The Tuesday evening classes run from 6:00-7:15 pm for 5 sessions: 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/27 and 3/5. 24-25 Kindergarten students to be born on or before Sept 1, 2019 - NO exceptions.
