
Tuesday, February 13th: Due to the expected snowstorm, Warwick Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, February 13th. Due to the potential for power outages, this will be a no-school snow day and not a Distance Learning (DL) Day. There will also be no after-school or evening activities. Additionally, the School Committee Meeting that was originally scheduled for tomorrow evening has been rescheduled to Thursday 2/15/24.

Registration for our Title I Preschool program is now open! Qualifying students must be 4 years of age on or before September 1st, 2024, and live in one of the following school areas; Oakland Beach, Lippitt, Scott, Hoxsie, or Norwood. It will be Superbowl Vs 100th Day so lots of choices to dress up for the day!!

Title I grownups, save the date! We are having a very special coffee hour with Safety Coordinator Maggiacomo on the morning of Wednesday, February 7th. He will be discussing the Rave mobile app that will be used by staff as a safety measure in our schools. This event is not open to the public.

Beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 30, please join us for Norwood Family Yoga Night with Ms. Bonnie. For all levels of yoga expertise - beginners are greatly encouraged to attend - the class will include the basics of yoga in a playful and fun family-style practice. The class will end with a meditation, followed by a mindfulness activity. The Tuesday evening classes run from 6:00-7:15 pm for 5 sessions: 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/27 and 3/5. Reminder that Tuesday, January 23rd is a Professional Development Day for teachers. No school for students, no DL on that day.


Any student that would like to sell an additional box ( while available) needs to have a note signed by their parent/guardian requesting an additional box. The funds for the original box must be returned prior to getting a new box.
